Dennis is the go-to guy for linear energy construction projects. His primary areas of concentration are providing management of projects under the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulations and its National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process, consultations under the Endangered Species Act (with particular experience with the gopher tortoise), permitting and compliance under the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), and permitting under Sections 401/404 of the Clean Water Act. His experience crosses the United States and the European Union. Dennis was born in Chicago and moved to Houston early in life. His family worked in the oil and gas industry which began his exposure and curiosity of the energy industry at a young age. He is an avid college football fan and spends his time off with his children.
