Dave is the guiding force for our technical solutions and has the ability to keep even the toughest projects on track. His primary areas of concentration are the placement of interstate and intrastate energy projects, including permitting and compliance, as well as projects under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process. He has extensive experience in wetland permitting, restoration, and mitigation plans, and threatened and endangered species and habitat assessments. Dave is also actively involved in the management of aquatic vegetation in ponds and lakes. He spends much of his time off in the outdoors with his family.
